Management and access to the properties entrusted to us are treated confidentially and perfectly secure.

You have the possibility to rent your property:

  • Yearly
  • For the winter season (4 month)
  • Weekly

Basic Information – Weekly RENTAL

  • 7 days minimum, from Saturday to Saturday
  • Arrival at 16:00 / Departure at 10:00 at the latest
  • Included in the price: Tourist tax, bed linen and towels, cleaning and laundry on departure
  • Deposit required upon arrival
  • Basic equipment in every property: dishes, fondue and / or raclette, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sheets and towels.

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION

Our specifications:

  • Maintenance and administration of the building
  • Surveillance, conciergerie
  • Accounting, counting
  • Planning maintenance and renovation work
  • Organization and holding of general meetings
  • Preparation of the annual administrative report and follow-up of the assembly decisions
  • Drafting of minutes, follow-up of decisions and requests.
