We offer a customised service tailored to suit our clients that are visiting or have a pied a terre in Les Diablerets and the surrounding area.

Via a dedicated point of contact with a team of professionnals, DHS will free you from the management of your stay and of your property.

The DHS team has 15 years experience in the service industry and logistics management and live in Les Diablerets. We are on site and ready to provide our services on request

We prepare your home to give you a warm welcome

  • We open up the house, give it an airing and check it over
  • Turn on the heating and the water-heater
  • Clean the house
  • Prepare the bedrooms: bedding, towels
  • Organise the groceries
  • Connect and check that all electronic equipment is working: telephone, television, Internet and other appliances
  • Prepare the garden and install your outdoor furniture
  • Clear the snow
  • And in the winter, we lay a fire ready to be lit on arrival


To make the most of your holiday right up until the last moment, we take care of all the chores:

  • We inspect all the rooms
  • Give the house a thorough clean
  • Deal with the laundry: washing and ironing
  • Arrange for storage
  • Close down the house
  • Winterise the property
  • Insulate the pipes against the cold
  • Put away the outdoor furniture
  • And deal with any waste disposal


We manage your property in your absence, your residence will be maintained, supervised and ready to accommodate you throughout the year:

  • We conduct regular visits and general inspections: the frequency of the visits and providing a report is on request
  • We conduct an immediate visit in case of bad weather (within 24 hours)
  • Check all access points and conduct a visual inspection of the inside and outside of the house, including the roof, drains, pipes and ventilation ducts. We also check equipment and monitor the meters and conduct rodent checks
  • Routine maintenance inside the property*: watering plants, managing chimney sweeping, cleaning, odd jobs, specific cleaning jobs
  • Routine maintenance outside*: mowing, weeding, pruning, watering, raking leaves, painting, cleaning the barbeque, clearing snow
  • Organisation of the delivery of fuel oil or wood*
  • Cleaning*: dusting, cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning windows, bin disposal, washing and ironing, clearing ice
  • Project management*: we can provide advice on local suppliers and builders, we can facilitate the delivery of quotes and organise the work schedule, we can manage the quotes and invoices and supervise the work
  • Rental service: we can assist with advertising, tenant selection, preparation of the house, changeovers, welcoming the tenants, the keys, an inventory on arrival and departure
  • Administration: we can manage your invoices and collect your mail
  • Management of your principal residence while you are away: Airing, watering, regular visits…

*We would be glad to work with your existing suppliers and will ensure supervision of your regular annual maintenance contracts. If necessary we can provide recommendations of alternative contractors. We guarantee the professionalism and discretion of our external providers.
