PRESENTATION<\/strong>
\nAre you dreaming of an unforgettable stay? Come stay in this pretty fisherman’s house which overlooks one of the most beautiful bays in the Var, and which will offer you direct access to a wild cove! Completely renovated and boasting a sublime sea view, the house can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers, and is made up of bright and perfectly equipped living rooms, 3 beautiful double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside, you will enjoy a charming flowered patio, as well as direct access to the sea! Sheets and towels provided.<\/p>\n

Housing
\nWith an area of \u200b\u200b96 m\u00b2, the house is presented as follows:<\/p>\n

On the garden level:
\n– Living room furnished with sofa, armchair, dining table, storage.
\n– Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), storage.
\n– Bathroom 1: a shower and a WC.
\n– Kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee maker.<\/p>\n

On the ground floor :
\n– Large bright living room with a sublime view of the sea. The living room faces west, and is furnished with a sofa, TV, dining area for 6 guests.
\n– Kitchen open to the living room, and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, washing machine…<\/p>\n

On the 1st floor:
\n– Bedroom 2, air-conditioned and with sea view: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), storage.
\n– Bedroom 3, air-conditioned: a double bed (140\u00d7200)
\n– Bathroom 2: shower and separate WC.<\/p>\n

Exteriors accessible from the ground floor:
\n– Outdoor garden with trees of 30 m\u00b2 facing EAST. The garden is furnished with garden furniture (a table and four wrought iron chairs), parasol, Weber electric barbecue, outdoor shower…
\n– 6 m\u00b2 balcony with sea view over the Bay of Portissol. The balcony has a staircase which will give you access to the parking lot, and to the gate which will give you direct access to the sea, with a deckchair available!<\/p>\n

\n– Beach 150 m away > Restaurants > Old port and old town of Sanary 13 minutes on foot > Large market every Wednesday morning > Artisanal night market, during the summer season<\/p>\n

The neighborhood
\nFrom the house, you will have direct access to the water in a small wild cove surrounded by ocher rocks with a small natural swimming pool. It is also the ideal place for fishing! In the heart of a residential area, you will be located opposite the Bay of Portissol, one of the most beautiful bays in the Var!<\/p>\n

\n– The island of Embiez and the island of Bendor, two islands purchased by Mr. Paul Ricard, and located near the bay of Portissol.
\n– Hiking circuits at Gros Cerveau, panoramic view of the coastline.
\n– Sea trips to the creeks of Cassis, the creeks of Marseille, the island of Porquerolles.
\n– Water activities: scuba diving (school and exploration), sailing school…<\/p>\n
