PRESENTATION
This village house for rent in the Luberon can accommodate up to 8 people. Renovated by the owners with natural materials, the refined style and warm tones used make it a charming place. Laid out on two levels, with a living area of approximately 190m2.
The house is ideally located in Robion, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from close proximity to all essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market…
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
– A 45 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood not provided)
– An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
– Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
– separate WC
Upstairs :
– Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
– Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed (120×190) on the mezzanine
– Two bathrooms with shower

Outside :
– A private swimming pool (unheated) of 10 x 3.20 m. Available all year round.

– A beautiful garden of 420 m², private and fully enclosed
Activities:
The house is located in Robion, a typically Provençal historic village at the foot of the Luberon massif where life is good. We visit its Romanesque church, its ancient open-air theater, and stroll through its charming streets where we find the remains of the ramparts as well as its shops and restaurants. Starting point for numerous hikes in the Luberon, Robion combines architectural heritage and nature.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private parking lot.
Free public parking nearby (throughout the village).

– Nearest train station: Avignon (40 km)
– Nearest airport: Marseille Provence (60 km)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region

– Sheets and towels included.
– Free WiFi available (fiber optic).
– The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean state and clean the household appliances after use.
– Any child swimming is the responsibility of a parent.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
